These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aspect Perfect (the "Software"), provided by Adam Lankamer, operating as Aspect Perfect, registered in Spain ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to install and use the Software on devices you personally own or control.
Licence keys are personal and may not be resold, sublicensed, or publicly shared.
Paid licences are a one-time purchase — there are no recurring charges. You receive all updates released during the current major version at no additional cost. Future major versions may require a new purchase.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email acreatorstore@translatea.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable.
The Software processes image and video files stored on your machine. Your files are never uploaded to our servers. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for any content you process with the Software. You must have the right to use any file you process.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Granada, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have statutory rights that cannot be limited by contract, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, by downloading and using the Software you acknowledge that performance has begun and you agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the licence key has been delivered and used.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
